Jack London (1876-1916) was an American novelist, journalist and social activist. Pioneering the genre of magazine fiction and prototyping science fiction, he became one of the first writers, who gained worldwide fame and a large fortune. «Tales of the Fish Patrol» is a collection of stories like «White and Yellow», «The King of the Greeks», and «A Raid on the Oyster Pirates» drawn from author’s own experiences and memories of the days as a teenager aboard the fishing boats of San Francisco Bay.
